I understand that the deposit of $600.00 is a nonrefundable deposit once accepted into the Invitational. Furthermore, I understand that this deposit is only to secure my spot and does not cover the team fees to participate.

I understand that if I cancel for any reason PRIOR to October 15th, I will be given $500 back.

I understand that if I cancel for any reason AFTER October 15th, there will be absolutely no refund given.

I understand that payment must be made in the form of Cashier’s Check, Business Check, Money Order, Credit Card or Venmo @SUNYFL. Payments should be written out to “SUNYFL.”
